Idiot Needs Info on Comp. Test

Getting ready to do a compression test on 69 Buick 350.What numbers do I need to see and what will this mean.Any other helpful info would be greatly appreciated.Thanks for any and all help.

Not so much what the readings are, its more like them being no more than 10% variation from lowest to highest. I would expect to see the readings in the 130 to 150 PSI range, to be a healthy running engine.
