Hi Guys - I found a 70's full size Cherokee/Wagoneer at my friendly New Hampshire junk yard last weekend. It has a perfect hand cranked tailgate glass set-up. Chrome is perfect, glass is perfect and mechanism works great. Question is - should I get it. The tailgate itself is junk from rust. It looks like it would take a lot to add it to my '91 GW, because of the mounting plate inside the tailgate, but it's sure a great looking system, and it's in such wonderful shape. I could probably get it very cheap - should I pick it up (I'd have to take the whole tailgate, which won't come off easily)? Thanks for your thoughts - Chris S.
