Take it apart with a soldering iron, clean it and put it back together. Just like soldering pluming pipe. You will fix the leak in the process.

If so, I'll get you a price and time frame to get it to you. And yes, we do have a forum and during the week we answer questions all through-out the day. On the weekend it might take a little longer, but we do get back to people. If you need a quick answer on something, email me directly at ryan@bjsoffroad.com. Brent is typically packing the orders and handling inventory, so it might take a little longer for him to get to your email (where-as I'm in front of a computer pretty much all day every day).

Lol Im just givin you a hard time :p I kind of needed this yesterday though so Im a bit impatient. A lot of places say they cant sell just the float either so Im going to go with Z&M and see how long itll take for him to get one out to me as he does have them. Plus I already placed my order to you guys because I needed some other things from ya :thumbsup: Thanks though.

You don't need a stinking float!
Free Wooden Yard Stick at your local hardware store works the best!
If you ask nice, they will give you a large wall calendar to go with the yard stick.
This way, you can write down when you filled up...you should have some type of marking for each day you drive! HAHAHAHA

I agree about not needing the float. I've found that when the engine stops I have about 300' to get to a gas station. If I don't make it I keep a gallon of gas with me.

Just for the record...EVERY TIME I contacted BJs, they replied immediately. They have live help when the smiley face's eyes are open. Great customer service. By the way...they have real jobs too (some have more than one).

What dealer?! I called all around here and they were all jerks about it and said there is no such animal without buying the whole sender. I got one from Z&M today. Thanks for all the help guys. And for the record, I also really like BJs as much as anyone else, theyre great :thumbsup: (wow that sounded wrong...:angel: )
