If they did not put their location in the title it was most likely removed.

He has the location in the title IIRC.. He must have either sold it, or changed his mind.. He wasnt sure that he really wanted to part with it...

He was split on selling it, so maybe he changed his mind, or someone snatched it up. It was a good price.
