Hello all,
Did all Wagoneers have a 109" wheel base?

Yup, Waggies and Cherokees are all 109 (actually 108.7) inches.

Give or take they all were, I think the WB changed by ~1" somewhere when AMC was changing the spring set up in the early/mid 70's but the body dimentions were not changed.

No, 63-73 J100's (Wagoneer/panel deliverys) have a 110" wheelbase.

Where did the wheelbase get shortened? Front or back or both? On my Wag, the rear wheels are pretty well centered in the rear but the front wheels look pushed back. I think I'm going to move the front forward an inch or two to even things up.

Where did the wheelbase get shortened? Front or back or both? On my Wag, the rear wheels are pretty well centered in the rear but the front wheels look pushed back. I think I'm going to move the front forward an inch or two to even things up.WB changed in 74 when they went with th open knucle front d44's.

And what is the wheelbase of the J10 is 119"... is the J20 the same?

J-20 is around 131-132 inches. So are long bed J-10s

Yep that's the one in Leadville right off the road on HWY 24. The funny thing is it's of sale, cheap too???!!!!????:eek: :D
