Anybody got pics of their rigs with some decent size A/T tires on them with the turbine spokes? I'm going to pick a set up this weekend (Honest Del I'm coming!) and I'm trying to see how some 32 BFG's or similar will look with them...
Also, best way to clean them babies up? I remember on my Dad's wagon about 15 years ago it was a Scotch Brite, some water and a LOT of elbow grease...I'm a lot older and a LOT lazier now...:D

Look at the picture link of my Waggy in this thread. It has 31's on it.

I'm not sure what kind of dirt you are getting into, I just use a scrub brush and soap.

Is it just an optical illusion or do the one's on Justin's Honcho look different than the rest? Are those the stock turbines? Did AMC have more than one flavor of turbine?
Here's a pic I found on DaBay this morning on a rig that's for sale - I was wondering what a cherk would look like with them...now I know...

and now that I'm looking close it looks like there are at least 3 different styles of turbines on rigs on this post - not counting the Stang...so I guess AMC did with wheels the same thing they did with everything else...whatever they could find cheapest that year?

My turbines weren't stock. They were 15x10 which I'm pretty sure AMC never offered from the factory. That's why the turbine blades look so much more curved, because the wheel was a lot deeper than the stock wheels.

there were 2 styles on the Waggies. The one shown in Krek's picture is the '87 and up style. The one shown on the Chero was stopped in or at the end of the '86 production line. I am unsure when they started, but I think it was '84. Justin's are aftermarket.

Here's the set I have on my Trailblazer tent trailer. These also act as my spare, or complete swap over since I have matching on four rims. BFG A/T, 31x1050
