Im thinking of doing the square front DR/line. I know that typically most rigs run a C/V joint. Im running the 203/205 with leafsprings (not a ton of flex).

My question is what is the shortest you can run a Dr/line without a C/V joint?
And any of you guys running this setup having any negative issues that might want to make me do the conventional Dr/line?

Not sure about how short you can run without at C/V. I think it is more of an issue with how your pinion's are set up than anything. If the pinions are parallel with the t-case yoke, no need for a CV. If the pinion is pointed at the t-case, you need a CV. The shortness of the CV'd shaft has to be dependent on the angular deflection allowed by the particular size u-joint you are using.

I love my square front driveshaft. Had it up to 50mph in 4hi and didn't have any problems. Personal experience may vary though.
