what is the difference between that and walmart spray paint available for $0.94 per can locally?

I understand paint shops or the new paint places can make your colors and fill up spray cans for you mom and pop places may not be able to though depends on how you wish to apply your paint.

I do not know if "mom and pop places" can color match an interior trim color. Neither Duplicolor nor Walmart list interior trim colors for Jeeps.
