I ordered a wiring harness from these guys last week and after that I just figured it would get here when it got here. Today at around 6:15 central time, I got a PHONE CALL, not an e- mail, a phone call from Matt at BJ's to tell me that it should be coming in next week. I have never had someone from a place that I order from, take the time to call me or get in touch with me in any way about my order until today. ive met the guys at bj's, well the owner at least:) awsome customer service, he allowed me to pick up my tires after hours just to save me shipping costs.

I made a mistake on an order and ordered the wrong thing. They caught it and called me to see how I wanted it corrected.

In todays world when CHEAP CHINESE CRAP from no service Wal-Mart is the norm, it is extremely nice to see a company that is going the extra mile.

They have my business as long as they are in business.

i had a similar experiance. they called me because one of the two parts i was purchasing was backordered a few days. they offered to ship me the orders seperate at no additional cost. i waited it out because i was in no rush, but i thought that was pretty cool. :thumbsup:
