My Cherk doesn't have one, need to know if the ones of a Wagoneer are the same? Will they bolt right up to the exact same holes off the Cherokee?

Yup, racks are the same, no difference except maybe for trim/wood grain.

Good to hear they're the same. Just found one at a local junk yard and will prob pick it up Wednesday when its 1/2 price.
