I am trying to put hummer beadlocks on my dana 60 and sterling 10.25. I have a set of dually hubs for the front and 4 inch aluminum dually wheel adapters for the rear. Are these wheel adapters safe? or should I buy some 2 inch spacers?

I know there's a lot of people using aluminum, but I've never felt they'd be safe. I'm going with steel myself. Contact these guys...http://www.wheeladapter.com/wheel_adapters_and_wheel_spacers.asp
They can do pretty much anything you need.

check the spacers regularly (not just the wheel) for the proper torque and you won't ever have a problem.

I haven't done it yet but I'm told that with commonly available bearing sets (races and bearings), a dually front hub can be put on a rear axle. I got a pair of D60s that I plan on using one day that I'll have 4 dually hubs on (2 on front and 2 on rear) and use my HMMWV double bead lock wheels with 36 in tires.
I think it was Greg at 4WD Factory that told me this.
