Does anyone know of a manufacturer that makes a class II or III hitch that will bolt up to a J10 or J20?? I am trying to avoid having to make one or modify something that almost fits...

I've searched all over the net with no luck. I'm just gonna have one custom made for my J-10.

I have seen a "universal" pick-up application where the width of the cross bar is adjustable to the frame width. It is class III and looks pretty strong, is inexpensive (around $100) and I think manufactured by Reese. I saw it in a Sam's warehouse (walmart) about a year ago. The only way I could imagine it not working on a J frame is if the frame slopes at the back, as opposed to being straight (level) . Sorry, not familiar with the pick-ups.
