There's none left on drivers side rear of cab. No rot on floor just no more mount. What is the easiest way to do this? Can I do it without taking the cab off?
I suggest replacing all of them at once (if one is missing the others can't be in that great of shape).
You should have 6 mounts iirc for the cab (4 for the cab and 2 for the core support).
Start soaking the nuts and bolts a week or so in advance, maybe you will not break/strip any that way.
Remove all the bolts, jack up one side at a time with a floor jack and chunk of 4x4 wood, install new mounts and hardware, double check them after a few days of driving.
It's not that bad of a job.

It's pretty easy, beware on the front 2 cab mounts (not core support) in that the nuts are inside the floor channels, and not accessible. The cab mount bolts will likely break, making the job a mess. Make sure the rear frame mounts are still strong as well, as I've seen alot around here that are corroded away, and the mount is kind of floating on there.
