Does anyone know if GM 8-lug 10 bolt front and 14bolt rear axles would work on a 1967 Gladiator? The axles are off of a 90 Suburban. Any help would be great.

i would think that being a 90 that it would be a driver side drop diff and your truck should be passenger side drop
They would work with modification

Source your axles for '85 down to have the pumpkin on the same side so you can use the current transfer case.

90 subs were still the old body style (subs got the 88/up truck style in 92), and are a passenger side front diff. Will be set up for SOA, and will have to deal with some steering linkage issues, I would imagine, and leveling out the rear. Don't know if your truck is already SOA in the front.

Thanks Art,

Truck showed up today and it does not have a SOA yet. I will be picking up the axles tomorrow to start the project.

If you have a 67 Gladiator, it will be SOA front and rear from the factory.

Gm axles can be made to work, but the won't be a bolt in. Not many Gm 14b's will fit, most are to narrow as the Jeep frame is over 10" wider then the 73-91 GM's.
