Suspension Lift Question??

I just bought a used set of Trailmaster 4" front springs and will be installing them soon. The kit came with 3" blocks in the rear with an add a leaf. The blocks were shot so I have to purchase new ones. The blocks were perfectly square. Do you need a tapered block in the rear with a four inch lift? Does anyone make steel lift blocks, not aluminum ones? Any info would be great. Thanks.

Call TrailMaster or any of the lift kit makers. They will have them. Yes you do need the tapered shims. If not your drive line will cause lots of vibration. smile.gif

Superlift makes a 4" steel tapered block. But on another note, 4" is probably too much block. Take a look in the topic of the month section for more.
