Hey All, I'm getting ready to pull the tranny (TH400). Do I need to support the engine with another jack or will it be ok with no wieght on the back end? Letting the garage warm up.

It should be ok. I've got a 360, and when I pulled my tranny I just left the engine and it balanced.

depends on the condition of your motor mounts but for the most part yea

I supported the back of my oilpan with a jackstand and a wood block. No sense stressing your motor-mounts.
