These came on my new W/T. I dont know what type they are or anything other than that they are Bosch. The wiring was hacked when I got it so they didnt work then. I got the relay and a switch all rewired in and WOW! theyre bright! Nice little lights, I hadnt planned on keeping them as I thought theyd suck but I am definatly kepping them now. :thumbsup:

I had none on my GW when I purhcased it, and ended up picking up some KC 100 watt fog lights, with clear lenses. My only issue now is that the volt meter on the dash reads below 13V with the headlights, heater, and the KC's turned on :( Another project for another day.

Yea I had the battery charger on mine with the radio going and when i turn on the lights I can hear the charger struggling. I dont have a volt meter on my rig, Ill probably get an auxillary.

Check and see what bulbs are in them, prolly 100 watt, in which case you don't want to use them on the road as you'll have some very upset drivers and perhaps a few tickets.

I have 100w offroad lights on the Mustang, I only used them late at night or on empty roads, they help spot deer and other animals well before they run into the road. When I put driving and fog lights on the Mustang, I'm mounting them below the bumper and set back far so they cannot shine up into other driver's eyes or up off the road into the fog. I also have a 130amp alt from a newer Ford. With the old 85amp alt I didn't notice it struggling any when the 100w lights were on, with the brights and the radio. When I put big lights on the GW it's getting a CS144 already since it already has the Taurus fan.
