Wonder how much they'll get for it. Mine's got some quarter panel rust but other that that I'd say it's in better overall shape than that one.

"Purchased in 1985 and never sat outside"... uhhhh, then how did it get 110,000 miles on it? (not to mention the outdoor photos).

I'm pretty sure you won't see that going across the block during Prime Time on Speed.

The holes in the speaker grill must be factory.

They've had Wagoneers on there before, never on the air though. The first few days of the auction are low-priced cars, usually less than $10k. Not real exciting and that's why it doesn't make it on TV. We'll see if it happens this year though. :)

Is it me or is something weird about the woodgrain trim pieces. The passenger front door top piece looks smaller than the fender piece. Also, the spaces between the trim where the doors meet look wrong.

And if anybody wants to bid on it, let me know and I'll pop over there:D It's just down the street from my wife's work.

Let's pool all of our $$$ together (all FSJ members) and pay like $50 grand for the thing. That way the media will get a hold of it and the values of all FSJ's will go through the roof.

Let the feeding frenzy begin :p

I was thinking the same thing, but also the top trim on the rear passenger door and the passenger quarter panel trim as well. Those four pieces (2 for the quarter) look slightly narrower and a little lighter in color to me.

I watch for entertainment purposes only. Way too much money and ego's and the further separation within the hobby of regular guy enthusiasts and millionaire investors. I do however enjoy seeing the variety of vehicles they offer although in recent years it's been a ch*vy fest.
