Subject vehicle is an 84 GW with 258 and I believe NP229 t'case. Where on the case body is the vent supposed to be located?

Any pic's would be appreciated, or good directions on it's location.

TIA! :D

Here's the description my brother sent this morning:

The transmission/transfer case adapter (bridge bracket) arrrived late yesterday, and after cleaning/painting parts, I am installing it today.

In the process, I am searching for the transfer case vent port. With the transmission mounting assembly out of the way, I am able to raise and lower the transmission/transfer case to afford differing access, but so far I am not finding it. I have positioned the hard line and swung the hose in the logical arc. Any ideas about the location?

Joe, the vent is on top of the tail housing. It's #76 in the pic emailed you.
