I just received my new replacement carpet kit today. Is there a proper way to install? Things to avoid? Tools I might need?
Thanks

Make sure it is warmed up... this will halp it form better. If its warm outside, let it sit in the sun. If not, infront of a heater vent would work. Do NOT cut anything until you are absolutely sure where to cut. Take all your seats out, remove scuff plates, etc.... Mostly, take your time. It is not difficult, but be patient

What type of adhesive should I use?

I've never used adhesive on floor carpet. The sill plated and seats hold it just fine. The adhesive could hold moisture leading to our favorite thing.... RUST

Then how did you keep the wheel well pieces in place?

The pieces should tuck underneath the side panels on the upper side and underneath the floor carpet on the bottom therefore install them first. ;)

If you go to Home Depot of Lowe's, they have indoor-outdoor double stick carpet tape. This stuff works good and will hold things in place without a problem. If you run a strip on the top of each wheel well, that would be a no-slip solution.
