Well after a long year of going back and forth with selling my 73' , I'm going to keep it. I know it's going to piss the old lady off but hey that's what make-up sex is for!!!!:D :D :D

Anyways I'm going to take the plow off of the blue 74' and put it on the 73', this way I have a reason to keep it since the 74's tranny went out this earlier this year.

If you guys forgot what truck I'm talking about this is it..

a piece of advice from the happily married packrats, that seems to work, get the pile big enough, then any change is small and unnoticed

Alrighty. I like that truck. My 72 is another variation of the CS. You have focus there. Nice move.

That only works if your wife ISN'T a full size jeeper.

Ask Flint how he knows. :bluelaugh:

Try as I may, I haven't been able to convert her to the FSJ side. She's still stuck wanting a retro-mod 69' mustang fastback:banghead: . Nice car but where we live she couldn't drive it more than 6-months out of the year.

That's what I want too! But every time I see one and open my mouth Flint yells at me before I get a work out. :( He says no Fords. Period. <crocodile tears>

Thank you! I've been coveting that truck since you posted it in the FS section, but it's too far to make it work for me.

You guys and "gals", being PC of course, what I think is funny about "most" women is they get upset at you when you spend money on the Jeep, but they will drop a Jeep or two worth on crap for the house without flinching. I mean really, what the hell do we need "guest towels" for!!!

Then when you go to sell it they do the "flip" on you and say things like, "just take what there offering" when it's thousands lower than what your asking for it, when they know what you have spent on it.
Man nothing gets my BP up faster than "the flip".:banghead:

Just kidding I love her very much.....because it would cost 15 Jeeps worth to get rid of her....he he :D :D

Nah really though she does understand my "hobby" better than most of my friends that have sold their Jeeps at the command of the wife.

Its a smart man to have a no ford policy, consider yourself lucky, having said that jeeps have alot of ford in them.

Colorado, I like the idea of measuring things in jeeps, hmmmmmmm
