New GW owner, need info to replace Woodgrain

Buying a 84 Grand wagoneer tomorrow and I want to replace the woodgrain. I have heard amounts from one extreme to the other, I spoke with my local jeep dealer today and he said they have a woodgrain kit for 133.32 said covers all sides. Doesn't sound right to me. What can I really expect to spend to replace the woodgrain. Only need the vinyl, the moulding is ok.

Check out http://www.stripeman.com. They have the original 3M Dynoc woodgrain for much less than a dealer charges.
