Now that I've gotten everyones attention, I'm searching for a cure for the limpness of my factory fog lamps on my 86 GWag. The lights work perfect (even with the factory switch!), but I can't get them to stay put. They always end up pointing down. I've tightened the locking nut on the back of the mounting bracket, but it seems like the ball-socket mounting mechanism is way too loose. Are there any set screws that I can tighten up or anything to stiffen the suckers up?
Thanks!

Not sure exactly how yours is but if they are like any other fog light they mount on a bracket. The bracket is attached to the bumper. Then you have nuts or whatever else to hold them. Try putting lock washers on the nuts and that would do it.

Maybe try loosening them way up and squirting some silicone in the ball socket then tighten them back up and let it setup.
