tfi or upgrade to mallory ignition

has anybody had any luck with mallory ignitions? will i have to change the ignition module also? does the tfi have the same type of output as the mallory? thanks.

I almost bought a Unilite conversion for a Delco points distributor. They only offered a 90 day warranty, and if you accidentaly mixed up any of the wires, you would burn out the light module. NO THANKS. I converted to a Motorcraft electronic setup, which I was very happy with.

Check and see if Mallory stuff is American made. I think their stuff went overseas. NO THANKS.

i have a motorcraft breakerless dis i was just looking to up grade. how can i get more spark out of it? thanks

Mallory makes a good unit, but the TFI will net you the same performance, and cost a minimum of half the price!
