when I roll "electric" the rear window up, when it gets to the top it makes a loud "pop" right when it gets to the top. sounds like it maybe off track or something? Anyone else have this prob, and if so, how did you fix it. Scared entire rear window will be laying in back seat in a million pieces one day.

Mine pops because the bottom channel (the metal rail that the glass sits in) pushes up the window wipe (not the wiper, but the rubber strip that rides on the window surface) at the top of its travel, and the "pop" is the rubber wipe snapping back into place. Carefully observe the weatherstripping and see if this is happening to yours as well. It's harmless, but annoying.

Mine makes a pop too. I just use it as a guide to let me know the window is working. If I don't hear the pop I have to turn around and make sure the window is going up.

It pops because it doesn't lign up completely with the top channel. The top piece is probably worn and warped. It hits it off center and then the window bends in a little and then it seats completely. That's probably the pop/crunch sound you hear. I have the same thing.
