I shouldnt have to worry about these.. I wanted some heavy stuff so I would always have the option to use them as mount points for hydro assist, or whatever...

They are 1/2" thick..... They are also from Great Lake Off-Road..

You are both righ.. I do have 3 different sizes..

1 for the tube side of the D60, 1 for the pumpkin side of the D60, and the matching pair for the D70..

Is your D70 spring under or over?
You will need a bigger hole on that plate if it's spring over for fitting the nut of the spring centering pin.

Yeah, you are missing a LITTLE..

There needs to be room on the spring plate for the leaf bolt to go through..

Yeah, I wish I was home so that I would have the press.. Drilling a hole that big in 1/2" thick steel freehand, is not fun..

Or you can't have the correct ones sent to you in exchange for the wrong ones they sent you, seeing as how you did pay for the ones you wanted and not ones you have to drill on? I would rather do that that then deal with making the holes big enough on those 1/2" plates. But I guess I just really hate drilling through thick stuff like that, it takes for ever.:banghead:

Yep, thats the route that I plan to take.. In my shop, I would just drill it, but not freehand..

Even if they want to be jerks and make me pay shipping both ways, it will be worth saving myself the PITA drilling huge holes in 1/2 plate will be..

After all, with enough tape, they WILL fit in a flate rate $3.85 envelope..
