Throttle shaft

The throttle shaft on my 2150 leaks, you can see gas seeping out :rolleyes: . Can someone tell me, is this wear of the shaft, the carb body, or both? In other words, will a new shaft fix the problem :confused: . Thanks,

if your shaft is loose the carb is no good....it is the one thing that can not be overcome. the work involved to repair is not worth the effort.
