<UL TYPE=SQUARE>*1. On the passenger side, the cable going to my fresh air box has water leaking from it.
Where it enters the interior, the cable has a rubber "collar" thing on it to seal out water. It has a metal clamp that connects the cable to the "collar", and it's at that point that water forms.
*2. Also on the passenger side, water just seems to appear between the weatherstrip and the kick plate at the bottom, front corner. It fills up the space between the kick plate and the weatherstrip and then flows onto the floor. The seal between the weatherstrip and the door is fine, though.
Door is aligned properly. Water shield inside door has been fixed. This one has me stumped.

I've already checked the leak fixes in the tech liberry, but can't find these types. If I fix these, I'll write up my own with some cool pics.

When does this water leak happen? When you wash it, or in the rain, or with the A/C on????

THE ALL PURPOSE WATER STOPPER IS ....."DUMB DUMB"....AKA...3M STRIP COCK.....ONE TRICK IS, TO USE IT BEHIND CLIPED WEATHER STRIPING,TO MAKE IT SEAL BETTER. ....AND ON THE FIRE WALL, INSIDE OR OUT..... IT'S EASY TO WORK WITH.........ME!!!!!

If you look and inpect closely at the door window frame where it sits tight against the weatherstrip, especialy at the corner joint between the window frame to the main door panel. It should be a smooth surface joint, but mine didn't seem to be that way, "I can not believe how it passed quality inspectionas and left the factory with that poor workmanship". So I have to smooth out the joint with Bondo, plus sealing off the rain gutter to limit the water flow onto the front windshield corner frame and so far no wet inside.

I agree with 64Trvlr... when does the leaks occur? If it's when you've got the A/C or heater on, I'd look at the heater core maybe being bad, sounds like you've got the area water tight already (or now since you fixed it) but the heater core (when it goes bad) will go and almost soak the passenger side floors in front...
Just a suggestion... good luck!

Thanks guys!
The leaks happen when I wash it and when it rains. AC drain is ok, and the heater core isn't leaking.
I think I found one possible suspect. On the pass. side front door, there is a rust spot that hits the weather seal when closed, and I think it's letting water past the seal.
One other leak I can't figure out happens in the front on the passenger and driver side:
There's the "cardboard kick panel" by your feet that the fresh air vent is attached to. Water is flowing between the "cardboard kick plate" and the metal, and puddling up on the floor.
No leaves or gunk in air vents.

It will be a pain but you may consider pulling the vents and using a mirror and flashlight and look up in there while someone sprays water around the outside of the area and then into the cowling.
