Will 258 trans fit 304-360?

I know a guy selling a turbo400 trans with dana 20 case that was in a '73 Commando with a 258 in it. Would this fit a 304 or more importantly a 360? Thanks, Brett.

Not sure what they did on the C104's but the TH400's in 65-73 FSJ's have a Buick nailhead bolt pattern and adapter rings were used to mate it to what ever motor they were running that year. So if the C104 TH400 has an adapeter ring with it keep it for the next AMC motor.

The TH400s from the Commandos have the same adapter ring as our TH400s. I know because I snagged an adapter ring from a 72 Commando that had a 304/TH400/Dana 20 in it.
