My uncle had some of those new in a box!. I just called him and left a message to see if he still has them. It's highly possible that he doesn't even know he has them. He has two Henry J's and they were in the parts car that he had towed home.

I had a set a long time ago on a 50's willys wagon.
They are simple, you pull up the levers and twist the pins,
180 degrees and push the levers back into the slots. The pins
have a notch which allows the internal ring (With half round holes
cut in it's outter edge) spin free when un locked and engage the axle ring
when locked.
I practice I they are more of a pain to lock /un-lock since everything has to line up to be able to twist the locking pin.
Since the levers flip over (180 dergees) between locked and un locked there is label (lock or un-locked or something like that) printed/stamped on each side of the the levers.
I don't remember who made them.
