turn signal flash speed

my signals flash VERY slowly. Any thoughts?

flasher unit. Its either old and worn out or you put in a new one that was designed for a truck. The truck flashers are designed to handle a 10.12,16 or 20 light load depending on which brand/part number you buy. If ones in your jeep than it is taking awhile to build up the resistance to kick it off,causing it to flash slower.Dennis

Probably a flash relay on it's way out or the wrong size(larger current draw) bulbs installed. Check the bulbs then go get a new flasher and plug it in. Only a few bucks.

Thanks Guys, I figured it was the relay. Havent changed anything in that area in over a year.
