edelbrock still flooding

Well i tore the top off of it last weekend and one of the jets was sticking in it. I took it out and checked it and didnt have any trash that would cause it to stick. I did have trash in the float bowls though. Some fine fine sand it looked like. I cleaned that out and put another inline fuel filter tween the pump and the carb. I also readjusted the floats to the book specs. Put it back together and its still getting too much gas but not as bad now. I'm going to check my psi to see whats up with that but if that aint the prob then what else could it be? It ran fine before sitting up for a couple of months.

if you take it apart again change the float seats they shrink if they sit for awhile dry after getting wet which will also change the float level
