well it's taking longer then i wanted it too, but when you strip one that a po had thinking just a sand and paint and all them little bubbles under the paint can be bad :banghead: :banghead: Well let me tell you living in the rust belt has opened my eyes. all them tiny bubbles under the paint are not so tiny when you strip one down. then to find all the damage to the body that had been fix before, not counting the dents i put in it:D has been a bit more involved then expected, but it's getting their. should have some primmer on it next week. the paint i'm going with is black with a blue pearl in the base coat.

Nice!!! I would have liked to gotten mine down that far all in one shot, and paint it right, but..one side atta time. I'm sure it's going to look great when it's done. Helps having a nice work space like that..and..whatever the scooter chair helps for (does it elevate?) :D

that is gonna be awesome when its done. but someone really needs to dip a cherokee body in chrome that would look cool, like the monster truck grave digger did once.

I think it is going to look great. You are doing it real justice going down to the bare metal. I know you are going to get a lot of great comments from your friends when it is done, but will they really appreciate all the hard work or understand why you did it?
I always love when they say, I am going to do that one day!! (They don't have a clue.)

thanks H. you know why i did it :) half the town see's my driving around in old jeeps and says their goes the jeep nut. but they are the first one's to say man you don't see many of them on the road any more. then i'm the first one called when someone is stuck, go figure. as far as them appreciating the hard work or understanding i dout it. but i do and thats what matters to me.
