AC Condensation

Last week, I was running my AC while driving around town. I stopped for a few minutes and when I started the GW back up, water started spewing out from under the fan into the passenger side footwell http://www.ifsja.org/ubb/eek.gif I could hear the fan chopping into it and kicking it out. I turned it off and drove about five minutes. When I turned it back on, it was fine. Is there a weep hole that is blocked or am I gonna run into that here in the humid south?

If you take a look under your dash on the passenger side, you will see a drain spout on the bottom of the condensor housing. There's supposed to be a hose attached to it that goes through the floorboard in order to drain condensation out to the road. Also, these hoses slip off frequently, and a cheap hose clamp is a good idea.
