tailgate window clips!!!!!

does anyone know of a good replacment for the cheesy little clips that hold the regulator arms to the window channel ? one of mine broke today and i almost didn't get the window back up NEED SOON

I got several sizes of e-clips from the hardware store. Just a few cents for a pack of 2. I _think_ 7/16 was the size that worked best, but I can't remember for sure.

I found my clips a Pep Boys.

I removed the studs entirely and made up a combination of washers springs and bolts to replace it. Works okay but the original stuff was better: the studs are machined in and are supposed to turn freely, but mine were frozen and had each developed a groove for the channel loops to ride in.

Anyway, I know for a fact that Jeff Kennedy has a healthy supply of these clips. (He had to move a bag of them out of the way one time when looking for something.) If you can wait until Tuesday, call him at (614) 879-7283.

yea i can wait ,gw has a blown motor so it's not going anywhere no i just have to go get the tailgate and window for the 80 cherokee thanks
