Replaced the compressor and drier but when I recharged it it started blowing some type of smoke into cabin, smelled like refrigerant. Any suggestions on what is causing this?:banghead: :banghead:

from your description I'd guess you have a leak in your evaporator, I'd add leak dye, run a bit, then tear down and inspect.

Pardon the interuption, but since we are talking about the in-cab portion of the AC unit, does anyone know exactly where the low pressure cut-off switch is?
If I am not mistaken it is in the engine compartment on the passenger side fender. It is at the junction of the two small diameter A/C lines, and mounted next to the sight glass.
It will have a plug and wires coming out of it.

That is the high pressure switch.
