Warn Premium Hubs

If I buy the warn premium hubs will any of the stock hub parts be interchangeable, i.e. for spare parts?

It might not matter anyway as I just found out I can pull my stock hub covers out about an 1/8” and wiggle them around a lot. Something is loose or worn out and I sort of just stumbled on it while playing around with the tires.

I have an 82 wag with manuals that I replaced with the Warn Premiums a year ago. As far as i can tell SOME of the parts are interchangable; the lock rings and such, but why would you want to use them? The warn will outlast the time it tales you to lose the old parts and as far as I know the warns are limited lifetime and you can buy spares for them.

I hope I don’t need parts as spares, but about five years ago my wheel bearing nut backed out and ate one of my hubs in two.

Whenever I replace a part I find a place in the jeep for the old part and stow it. I’m a fricken mobile junkyard. :cool:
