Flywheel roulette??

I miss driving my Wagon so much. I need a new flywheel and do not yet have the wrenching chops,space,nor the tools to do it myself. So she got to go to the shop. I have finally found a shop I beleive I can trust with her after only three months of looking. Seems most mechanics these days have no clue what this Jeep is about. However, every now then lately I have been playing flywheel do not strand me roulette. Been taking her own little local drives and praying it start up again. :(

Don't forget that if you remove the access cover, you can turn it manually with a screwdriver until it gets to a good spot. Been there, done that! Just add the screwdriver to your keychain. :p

* I would also advise buying a very good flexplate if you can find one - the ones from Autozone / Kragen etc. are JUNK and seem to be very soft. Ask me how I know. Supposedly the starter teeth are softer metal than the flexplate, but I haven't found this to be true yet!
