Idear to get my FSJ

Ok, So I may be able to get a few XJs from phoenix and tucson to flagstaff, dismantle and sell the parts, then go out and buy me an FSJ =)

how sound of a business plan would you say it is?
anyone have any ideas where i could post ads for parts?

Wonder if they (the school) would let me buy a 16 ft car trailor to dismantle them on? (then haul off the carcases to the scrapper)

pretty much just sitting around bored today trying to think of ways to get money for my jeeps and getting them how i want, without taking on another job.

Take a look on Ebay. 97+ parts are higher in demmand and junkyards are flooded with older XJ parts. Some of the most valuable things you can pull off an older XJ would be odd-ball options like grille guards, tire carriers, leather seats, D44 rear axle etc...

About the trailer, unless it's enclosed I doubt any school would let ya dismantle stuff on it. No offense.

I parted out a 1990 xj after I took the engine trans and t-case. I made about $600 pretty quick.y. I sold my parts on various jeep forums but your best bet is the local section of naxja.org.
