I've had to push it once or twice. Not what I want to do.
GW is better pushing other cars, not being pushed!

I have pushed mine in the driveway a few times. It was a VERY good workout. I hope I never have to push it a long distance (knock on wood).

I had to push mine up my driveway, which is on a slight incline.......my gf tried to help with her muscles and her 77 K5, but all we succeded in doing was getting sweaty, and getting my hitch stuck on her bumper..........fsj's are NOT fun to push uphill.

If the tires are pumped up, it's not too much of a problem; I sometimes need to use my prybar under a tire to get it going, though.

ive also removed my roof and tailgate, but ive added alot of weight in the form of 38" tires,a t18 tranny, and at least 250-300 lbs of bumpers, nerf bars, roll cage, pto winch and mounting plate.
im about to add a bunch of wight in 14 bolt rear end-supposedly weighs aroud 500 lbs, whats a d44 weigh?
mine also is not too bad on a nice flat surface once its goin, but i still wouldnt want to have to pusht it very far!

With my 38" swampers I can push mine ok on flat ground.I just push on the top of the tire.It gives you good leverage. One good thing about our heavy jeeps once you get them rolling you can coast as far as the road will take you.DENNIS

I also have 38's, and I do the same thing :D When I have people pushing my truck, I can never get them to understand why they get more mechanical advantage that way

I had to push my chero uphill one time for a tow truck to get to it. I had help from my brother, but we only weight 120 pounds each. The front end keep locking up too. We'd push it a few feet and the there'd be a lot of back pressure until we heard a loud pop! Really Sucked, hope we didn't mess anything up! :D

I've pushed a few fsj's in my life. Usually with another fsj. Sometimes I've had mine pushed too. Pulling is much easier though. Every 4X4 owner needs a friend with a 4X4 and a tow chain. Sometimes a strong back just isn't enough. :D
