Has anyone had any problems with the heater circuit blowing fuses? The A/C works fine and doesn't effect the circuit but as soon as I kick it over to the heater blam! No fuse.
I have disconeected the fan, fuse blew. Disconnected the thermostat in the engine comp, fuse blew. Just started diagnosing last night and that was a far as I could get. Thanks for your help in advance.

Check your wiring - has it worked since the new motor?? Maybe you pinched a wire. If the fans disconnected then its either the switch of the wiring and if the air works then the switch sounds like it ok. What thermostat are you talking about?? Do you mean the resistor?

Yeah, sorry I meant resistor(or at least whatever is located in the heater box). The whole set up worked great until yesterday. Not sure what changed. Last major work I did was re-wiring my tank selector switch, but that was last week. The only tie in to the system other than the fuel guage is an AUX port on the fuse panel.
