I can't stand the useless little mirrors on the Wagoneers and was wondering what everyone has used to replace them with? I used some Ford truck mirrors on my old one and it looks like some people have done the same thing but what else works and looks good. How about the one piece Chevy/GMC truck mirrors? I see the type with three mounting arms but they look kinda big. Any ideas, pics?

The movie "Collateral Damage" has a Wag in it that has larger mirrors.I'm going to rent the dvd so maybe I might be able to tell what kind they are.Theyr'e mounted in the stock location.

I share your feelings about the stock mirrors. As mine are off and one is dented, I need another set, I have been looking and want a single or two point attachment. So far, it looks like the two point Ford mirrors are the only ones with the size that will work. The Chevy edges are curved on the base and I question if they will fit well. NAPA has some large head mirrors in the Balkamp catalog; but there is no picture, it's a special order item, and they cost $89 a pair. I would like to hear what others found that look good and fit well.

I posted this same question couple weeks ago, after I saw collateral dammage also. I still haven't found any that fit the stock mounting holes.
