Does this Quadra Trac transfer case have 4 low lock, on the dog leg it says 4HI Lock then 4HI then 4 low.

umm...the NP219 is NOT quadratrak. and yes, some of the QT's have emergency drive, which I belive is locked 4 low.

Well, Jeep called the '80-'82 NP219 a "Quadratrac", even though it was completely different from the '73-'79 BW1339 "Quadratrac".

The NP219's 4Lo is a "lock" (part-time) mode.

The BW1339's 4Lo could be Normal (full-time) or E-drive ("lock", or part-time) mode.
