Well some bonehead at work decided to set somethin heavy on my hood a few days ago, so no I have another freakin dent in it. On top of that, there is a crack in the paint about 2 inches long :banghead: How would I go about fixing that? Just sand down around that area, and primer then paint the same silver over it again?

I will try and get a pic, but it is on that bend in the hood towards the side.

I've stood on my hood and it didn't leave a dent, but that's another story...Hate it when people disrespect your car cause it's old, ugly or just w/e:mad:

My hood caves in if you stand on it or put something heavy near the center. I just open the hood, stand on the valance and gave it the old boot! Pops right out

I thought about re-painting the one spot and seeing how well it matches. And if it doesnt, then repaintin the whole hood wont be any better. But I dont think it has faded very much since being painted about 10k miles ago, so it should be pretty matched to the sample.
