Well, I finally pulled the trans to TC adapter off of the Wag tonight. I found a slight problem with the Dodge 203 adapter, it is 2" longer than the Jeep adapter! The bolt pattern seems to be the same, but the output shaft on the Dodge 727 must be longer than the Jeep 727. Could there be different dodge adapters?
Since the forum was down a bit ago I posted over on Pirate & a guy there suggested I redrill the 203 with the Jeep adapter pattern. Sounds like I may well have to do that unless you guys have any other suggestions?

well i dont know about dodge vs jeep length differences but i know that dodge output shafts for 203 equipped trucks were about an 1.5 inches shorter then 208/205 outputs.

Well, it looks like I'm going to swap output shafts from a Dodge 727. A guy on Pirate did the opposite swap & still has the shaft & any other parts &'ll give them to me for shipping. I figure since I'll have it out & appart that I'll rebuild it while I'm at it. Unfortunately this will slow the project down a good bit.

if this is a 6 bolt 205 then an adapter off a 904 out of an eagle will even work thats what I am using between my 727 and mopar 205.

Nope, it's a 203 that I need to bolt to the adapter, the 205 comes after it.
