If I swap my 360 for a 401, will the rpm/gear ratio be a problem? joe stated that 401's were paired with TH400 trannies and I have a 727. Thanks for your quick responce, Joe.

Your stock 81 gears won't be a prob cause they're already too high. If anything the 401 will add a little snap to the power you were used to with the 360.
