Yes there is,but death is not an option at this time:D And that is the only cure i know of.

The only two cures I know of are death and a severe shortage of funds.

Even severe shortage of funds doesn't help when the county knows you collect them. Why can't they tell you about free 60s mustangs or hemi Cudas?

12 Step FSJ program

Step 1: Buy unknown Jeep SUV and buy parts for chrysler 360.

Step 2: Find IFSJA web site and buy parts for AMC 360.

Step 3: Get engine running, take Jeep for a test drive and get this strange feeling in your gut, like the first gun you ever bought.

Step 4: Make list of modifications and buy 2 more parts jeeps.

Step 5: Decide to repair parts Jeeps and build for different specialized purposes

Step 6: Get fed up and sell Jeeps, buy a ford

Step 7: Realize your mistake and buy 2 new Jeeps, run over ford with Jeeps and get that feeling in your gut again.

step 8: Finish one out of 6 project Jeeps, buy FC-170/M715 to fill the void

Step 9: 12 step program under construction, please come back later

Step 10: 12 step program under construction, please come back later

Step 11: 12 step program under construction, please come back later

Step 12: 12 step program under construction, please come back later

I'm on step 6. Only instead of a Ford I bought a new baby Jeep.

The 12 step program only becomes operational after you have bought your 12th FSJ. Baby Jeeps and cheerleader XJs don't count. Have patience, grasshopper. You still have a ways to go.:D

Some funny replies. But seriously... I have been to several FSJA meetings and they really are for sissys who simply lack control.

Most who think they have a problem will never fully get the First Step. Without that you are doomed to no recovery at all.

1 - We admitted we were powerless over FSJs-that our lives had become unmanageable.

Many sort of get the concept that they are powerless, but most will never admit to having their lives become unmanageable. ;)

Yes there is...it's called the hood latch. But if you've split your head open on it more than 12 times you're incurable....so then just carry on. ;) :p

First, you have to get one of each. 1 Grand Wagoneer, 1 Cherokee and 1 J-10, next you have to get 1 Wagoneer (not Grand), 1 Cherokee WT (flavor not important at this time), and one J-20. Then you need to go in search of Golden Eagles (I hear it's on the endangered species list). Once you accomplish this, you can start searching for the varied flavors of J-truck...

They are right, death is the only permanent cure.

This is my 12 step program:

1. Divorce wife if she does not support your habit.
2. Buy acreage to store your treasures so you are not limited by storage space.
3. Associate only with other FSJ-aholics.
4. Keep multiple FSJ projects going at once.
5. Keep lots and lots of different types of axles and drivetrains laying around so you can constantly change your mind on what each project should have. (Swaptions)
6. Keep an empty trailer on hand so you can move quick on new opportunites.
7. Browse the internet for pictures of FSJ's that blow yours out of the water so you'll never be satisfied.
8. Keep a new FSJ cash fund on hand and let everyone know you are a buyer.
9. Make sure you make at least 1 long distance purchase a year so you have to make a road trip and visit other FSJeepers with your issue along the way.
10. Maintain a 48 state network of sickies like yourself that will advise you of new FSJ treasures for sale.
11. Keep up with the latest trends in suspensions and change your mind on yours right after you finish it.
12. If you do finish a project FSJ, sell it immediately because the wheeling pleasure you will get from it will distract you from working on your junk.
