Heavy duty Flexplate question

My fellow ifsja brothers & sisters, Who makes a heavy duty flexplate for the 360 and do you know approx cost?
I'm tired of the swiss cheese looking stock pieces of crap.

OEM Replacement only, as far as I know. I never have any trouble with them. Well once in a while I see them cracked but I think all flexplates crack over time. Put in a new one, about $50.00 I doubt you will need to do it again, unless you are haveing other problems causing them to fail ;)
