I want to put a small lift(maybe 2 inches) on my '80 J10. What is the easiest and least costly way? I just want to fit 33's on it. I'm not a big offroader.

I'd say body lift is the cheapest and easiest way to go. Next would be add-a-leafs.

You should generally be able to fit 33's on a J10 without a lift. This is especially true if you aren't a big offroader.

I have 33X12.5 on my '80 J 10 without lift fits fine, no rubbing at all.

What kind of shape are your springs in?
This will make a big difference in what you can fit.

But for a little more room, I'd say small shackle lift and a steel block.

BUt anyway.

33's fit nicely under my stock J-10
