I thought the wags looked really good in a dark green. Since my wood was coming off and allowing water and mud to start to rust behind it I am de wooding it and repainting it.

I liked the color Mack Green. So I mixed a little up and shot the front to get an idea if I would really like it. I think it will look good.

It's a little early for an Xmas Tree isn't it??
Seriously though that may not be a bad color but hard to tell now. I used to think I'd two tone my J10 when I paint it but I'm thinking more and more just one solid color.

Same reason I'm removing the honcho decals soon, Hate to see em go, but otherwise its gonna rust out from the inside.

Looks good to me so far. I really like the look of a green fsj, especially metallic greens, but I'm biased. Heh.

Dark green is cool looking on a Jeep. I'm thinking of Green on my next go around. Most likely two-tone it again as well.

How about them louvers on the hood? Functionable?

 I like it! I'd prefer a metalic green but I'm biased. My first Wag was Cumberland Green and I love that color! I agree about the two tone also. That would looks sweet with a two tone green and cream color scheme!

I think it'd look good with ALOT of black trim to break it up.

The offical color of my Wagoneer is Lodan(sp?) Green. Its hard to find touch up paint to match. I like some of the newer metalic paints.

Not baaaad. The Cumberland Green for 1979 FSJs would be my preference.

I tend agree from the pics, I would perfer it to be darker, like British Racing Green or in that ballpark.

But, it does look good!
Hard to go wrong green!
